May 07 West Michigan Fishing Report
ByThe Grand River is Starting to come down right now. This high water has brought allot of big Smally’s in the River. There are still some steelhead in there. And the Pan Fisherman are going along the shores hitting a bunch of specs all up and down the Rivers shore. You hind a Bush under water your going to find a spec holding on it.
Reed Lake… is really hot right now. SPECS, GILLS and PERCH!!! Hit up the Channels in Reeds Lake to find what your lookin for. The water gets allot warmer in those Shallow waters.
Besides that….. the Fishing everywhere is only going to get better. Been hearing allot of good reports where allot of guys are hitting JUMBO Perch out in Grand Haven 55 to 70 ft of water go get um before there gone. Another things that has been hot is MUSKEGON LAKE….. WALLEYE these walleye are coming out of Muskegon RIVER HUNGRY…. Don’t take to Much to slam one of thos big Fish.
