Been slower than hell the last few days. Friday we went 1 for 5 and then today monday Feb. 15 we where 1 for 3. Fished are ass off just to get that fish. Seen a few Guys on The east wall hit a few though. Jigs and Wax Worms have been really good. We have been shakin our Jigs to get um to hit. We have been Throwing a few bags to. The water is Gin Clear right now. Using 3 1/2 foot of 4 lb Floro. To the Float. Center Run the Quary Hole, Coffer Dam and the High Way Run has been prodeccing most of the fish. If your going down… get ready to fish your ass off for just a few fish. We need that water to come up to give us a new Push of fish up.

We hit 3 out of the 10 Fish today on the 4 inch Pink worm. We just Floated it with about 3 1/2 Leader off the Swivel. Givin um Something new to look at Pays off!!!

Went down to the River today and Killed um!!! Hit 3 fish on a Pink 4 inch worm!!! And the Rest on Jigs and waxy’s!!!The Old Johnson Century had a good work out today

Went to the Grand Yesterday. Flow was 4.2, the water wasnt to clear but it was clear enough you could see a few foot down. We bouncing Spawn. I was running 10 pound main line, with a slider on it with 2 #7 Split Shot. I like to runner a slider in the winter time because i think when ya get a hit there more likely to Hold on a little longer if the don’t Feel That weight on there. I had about a 4 1/2 foot 4lb Floro Leader on with a #14 Hook. And I tipped that with a 3 egg one Chart. Floater. Dam did it look good. But Started to drift a few Runs nothing….. Then I was watching my line and it stopped and set the hook and had one on. and that SOB Turn on me and the Hook popped out. So i called it a few more names and tryed drifting again for about a 1/2 and switched up to a #8 White Bucktail Jig. It was real small but I tyed it with Buck Tail. Threw 2 wax worms on it threw it out again. Then I Hit a Nice Hen. Fished a Little Longer and Nothing else hit.

Joe and I went out to Reeds Lake Today and hit allot of perch… Had to weed threw the small ones but we did get a Bucket full. We had a few flags with nothing. And then on the way out Joe pulled a Tip up…. up and had one on it. We Put some Skirts above the Shiner to add some action to it. The perch we switched off from spikes… minnows… and wigglers.
